Village Curfew Notice

To help keep our youth safe and support a peaceful community environment, the Village of Elida enforces a curfew for minors. These curfews are in place to promote safety, reduce late-night incidents, and encourage responsible habits:

  • Children 12 years of age and under: 9:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
  • Ages 13–15: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
  • Ages 16–17: 12:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.
