Electric Aggregation Program Update
Allen County has renewed its electric aggregation contract with Dynegy at a rate of $0.0978/kWh beginning December 2025. Opt-out letters will be mailed to eligible residents in late October. Please contact Valerie at 419-491-1040 with any questions.
