The Village of Elida offers several convenient ways to pay your utility bill. Whether you prefer automatic deductions, online tools, or in-person service, we provide multiple options to meet your needs. 1. Automatic Payment (Recommended)

Payments are automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account

Avoid late fees (when funds are available)

You’ll still receive your bill for your records — unless you are signed up for paperless billing

Attach a voided check or official bank document

Return your completed form to the Village Office
2. Online Payment via NextBillPay

Manage your account, view bills, and track usage

Sign up for Autopay or Text-to-Pay

Important AutoPay Disclaimer
AutoPay through the Village’s Automatic Payment (ACH) program is processed on the 12th of each month or the next business day.
AutoPay through NextBillPay runs on the 9th of each month at 2:00 PM CST.
Please note:

New NextBillPay AutoPay accounts take up to 48 hours to activate. If you enroll within 48 hours of the 9th, you must pay your current bill manually to avoid late fees.

Service fees for NextBillPay AutoPay:

$2.75 for credit/debit payments up to $500
-
2.75% of the total amount for payments over $500

$1.50 for eCheck (ACH) transactions
