Mayor’s Court

We accept checks, money orders, cash and credit card payments.  For credit card payments, a service fee will apply.  Follow the link on the HOME page for payment.

If you are charged with an offense that does not require a court appearance, your options are:

1. Appear personally at the Elida Town Hall by 4 pm on or before your assigned court date, sign the waiver on the back of your citation and pay the fine, or

2. Sign the waiver on the back of your citation and mail in your fine with a check or money order to:

*Your payment must be received by the court date.

3. Appear in court on your assigned court date.

Failure to pay your fine or to appear in court on your court date will lead to extra fines and possible suspension of your driver’s license.

Mayor’s court is held on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of every month at 6 pm.
